George Peppard
George has many, many fans around the world. Even after his sudden death in 1994, his club of fans is still growing every day. That is very unique for someone who has been gone for so long. It says a lot about the man and the actor George was. Whether you got to know him through his early work or much later as the unforgettable Colonel John "Hannibal" Smith in The A-Team, George touched his audience with his stunning blue eyes, his million dollar smile and the devotion he'd put in all his roles, however big or small they were.
He was always true to himself, causing a lot of trouble in Hollywood during the 60's and 70's when they were not used to actors with a mind of their own. But people who really knew George, all say he was a very nice man, a true gentleman.
